Navimow Releases Major Software Update with New Features for Wire-Free Robot Mowers

The innovative lawn mowing robot Navimow is receiving a comprehensive software update that brings numerous new features and improvements. Thanks to the smart weather adaptation, the robot now automatically adjusts to different weather conditions to always achieve optimal mowing results. With the new Doodle Function, it can even leave creative messages or pictures on the lawn. In addition, the drive slip control ensures improved stability and mobility, even on challenging terrain. Another important innovation is the child safety lock, which provides additional protection and safety.

What’s New in Navimow’s Firmware Version?

According to the manufacturer’s release notes, the update includes the Navimow app and the firmware update for the Navimow i series with the Navimow i105E* and i108E robotic mowers. Some of the introduced features are therefore only available once both the app and the firmware are updated to the latest version.

Smart Weather Adjustment: How Your Navimow Responds to Every Weather Condition

The improved weather-adaptive function automatically detects rain, snow, frost, strong winds, or high temperatures and adjusts the mowing process accordingly.

Instead of tirelessly continuing to mow when it’s stormy outside or the sun is burning relentlessly, the robot pauses or delays its tasks, thus protecting both itself and your lawn. This way, lawn care remains not only efficient but also optimally adapted to the weather.

If you want individual adjustments, you can easily personalize the settings. To do this, go to the Navimow–app to Settings > Weather Adjustment and determine yourself how your robotic mower should respond to different weather conditions.

Creative Lawn Messages with Navimow’s New Doodle Feature:

Have you ever wished to leave a personal message on your lawn? With Navimow’s new Doodle feature, this is now possible! Whether for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions – your robotic mower can now draw letters, numbers, and creative designs like Easter eggs directly onto the lawn.

Setting it up is very simple: Navigate in the settings to Map Management → Add More → Drawing. There you can choose from various templates or create your own designs. This way, your garden becomes an eye-catcher and every lawn area turns into a creative playground!

Thanks to the traction control, the robot now masters even difficult surfaces with ease.

This smart feature improves stability and mobility, so that the lawn mower robot does not get stuck even on slippery terrain. This not only protects the device but also your lawn by avoiding unnecessary damage caused by spinning wheels.

For a smooth and efficient mowing result, you can easily activate the traction slip control in the settings – and watch your robotic mower master even the most demanding terrain with confidence!

Messy lawn edges are a thing of the past with the new edge mowing function! This practical feature ensures that your robotic mower mows precisely along restricted zones and avoids uncut grass edges. The result: an even and well-maintained lawn appearance right into the corners.

Activation is very simple: Open the settings in the map management and adjust the limits according to your wishes.

A new security feature provides more protection in the garden

The child lock prevents children or pets from accidentally operating the robotic mower—whether during operation or in standby mode. This convenient feature can be easily activated in the settings under „Device Lock“ and thus ensures worry-free lawn care.
