Using the Navimow app, selecting a pattern is very simple and intuitive. You open the app, choose your mowing area, click on „Add more“, and then select „Drawing“. There, you can choose between different shapes, letters, and numbers – a wide variety of motifs is available that fit any occasion, such as Easter. As soon as the robotic mower starts, it follows the desired line precisely and mows only the area outside the drawing.
Navimow i105E and i108E briefly introduced
The models Navimow i105E and i108E from Segway are innovative robotic mowers that operate entirely without boundary wires. Instead, they use the EFLS 2.0 navigation system, which combines GPS-RTK technology with a camera (VisionFence). This allows the robots to move precisely and efficiently over the lawn – completely automatically.
The setup is done via the Navimow app. There, you simply define the mowing area by driving the robot manually along the lawn borders once or by using the automatic mapping. The app also allows you to schedule mowing times, set cutting heights (20–60 mm), and manage individual mowing zones or no-go areas.
Thanks to the camera, the robot recognizes obstacles such as garden furniture or animals and avoids them. With a software update, mowing in patterns is even possible—ideal for giving the lawn a special look, e.g., for Easter.
The difference between the two models lies in the area performance: the i105E is suitable for gardens up to 500 m², the i108E up to 800 m². Both models offer a clever, safe, and stylish way to care for the garden – all without any effort.
