The new Homematic IP video doorbell is now available.

eQ-3 is expanding its system with its own Homematic IP video doorbell. The new doorbell was presented among more than 20 new products at the Light + Building 2026 It was presented. The video doorbell is part of a more comprehensive security concept that Homematic IP introduced at the beginning of the year. Homematic IP's new security platform is designed to provide features including motion and person detection, two-way audio, and Bush notifications. Camera images are displayed directly in the Homematic IP app displayed.

Accessory for the door lock drive

The video doorbell is particularly closely integrated with the new Homematic IP Door Lock Drive – per. Visitors can be identified via the app before the front door can be opened remotely.
