With Navimow Update V4.0.0, Segway has released a new firmware and app update for the Navimow i Series. The i105E and i108E robotic lawnmowers are affected. The update mainly adds new smart home features, minor improvements and various bug fixes.
The update was released in early 2026 for owners of the i105E and i108E. As many robotic lawnmowers are still in winter storage, many users are likely to install it only when the 2026 gardening season begins.

New smart home integration for European users
One of the most important new features concerns smart home integration. European users can now also connect the robotic lawnmower to Hornbach Smart Home*. Navimow is thus expanding the existing integrations alongside Google Home* and Amazon Alexa.
The integration makes it possible to create automations and connect the robotic lawnmower to other compatible smart home devices. Setup is completed directly in the app under “Smart Home”.

Integration with Home Assistant is also possible. However, it is not set up directly through the Navimow app, but configured within Home Assistant. More information is available in this article.
Enhancements within the app
In addition to the new smart home feature, the update also brings smaller enhancements to the Navimow app:
- Access to official accessories and services through the integrated shop
- Display of the remaining warranty period in the settings
These features primarily improve usability and bring important information together in one place within the app.
Bug fixes and stability improvements
Another focus of the update is bug fixes and optimisations. Among other things, it resolves an issue that prevented some users from editing their maps. Other known errors have also been corrected to improve system stability and reliability. Such improvements are especially relevant in daily operation because they make the robotic lawnmower’s navigation and controls more reliable over time.

Update V4.0.0 for the Navimow i Series does not introduce any fundamental leaps in functionality, but specifically improves system integration and stability.
The new smart home connection and the app optimisations in particular make the i105E and i108E more flexible and convenient to use. The update is therefore recommended for existing owners, especially with the start of the 2026 gardening season in mind.
