With the introduction of the new generation of devices, including the MYGGBETT door and window sensor as well as the Temperature and humidity sensor TIMMERFLOTTE, IKEA's offerings had pleasantly surprised many smart home enthusiasts. The low entry-level prices, in particular, attracted attention, as the devices are based on the open Matter standard and are therefore compatible across different systems.
However, another price adjustment is now following, this time downwards.
