Navimow H5 Pro: New Robotic Lawn Mower at IFA 2026

Navimow EN News EN

The new Navimow H5 Pro will be shown at IFA 2026 in Berlin. Segway has yet to reveal any technical details, but the first teaser offers a glimpse of the direction the new generation of robotic lawn mowers could take.

On a dedicated IFA page, Navimow shows the H5 Pro in a series of close-up images while remaining tight-lipped about its technical specifications. Anyone looking for details about mowing area, navigation, cutting width or price will not find them there yet.

So far, the manufacturer has mainly confirmed the model name, its appearance at IFA and the slogan “Crafted to the Millimetre”. I have taken a closer look at the information published so far, while deliberately avoiding specifications that Navimow has not officially confirmed.

Navimow H5 Pro: What Do We Know So Far?

In its official IFA teaser, Navimow invites visitors to discover the company’s latest innovations and the “next generation of lawn care” in Berlin. This sounds like a major new product, but it does not reveal anything about its technical implementation.

The English slogan “Crafted to the Millimetre” is particularly striking. In other words, Navimow is promising millimetre-level precision. However, the product page does not say whether this refers to navigation, the cutting pattern or mowing along lawn edges.

The accompanying campaign on Navimow’s official LinkedIn channel is slightly more specific. There, the manufacturer explains that many robotic lawn mowers stop too soon before reaching the lawn edge. According to Navimow, this is precisely the area the company has been working on over the past year.

This is a clear indication that lawn edges could play an important role in the upcoming product. However, the post does not confirm a specific feature for the Navimow H5 Pro. The new solution could use a movable cutting disc or a separate lawn-edge trimmer like the ECOVACS Goat A1600 LiDAR PRO*.

I use a Navimow i105E myself, so I am following the new announcement with particular interest. My comparison of the Navimow i105E and i205 AWD covers aspects including navigation, the drive system and the cutting system used by the existing models. Everyday use shows that a cleanly cut edge is at least as important as accurately driven mowing paths.

This is not the first time Navimow has addressed the subject. A software-based edge-mowing feature has already been released for the i Series. For now, it remains unclear whether the H5 Pro will simply improve this concept or use an entirely new solution.

Where Could the H5 Pro Fit Into the Product Range?

The H5 Pro name also raises questions. Navimow’s current portfolio consists of several model ranges designed for different garden sizes and requirements. The i Series primarily covers typical residential gardens, while the X Series is more strongly focused on large areas and challenging terrain.

The new Navimow products presented at CES 2026 provide an overview of the company’s recent development. The new i2 models and an initial preview of the X4 Series took centre stage there. According to Navimow, the latter will also be shown at IFA in Berlin.

Navimow already uses the “Pro” designation for more extensively equipped models. With the Navimow i2 LiDAR Pro, for example, the focus is on all-wheel drive, LiDAR navigation and improved off-road capability.

However, these characteristics cannot automatically be applied to the H5 Pro. Navimow has not yet confirmed whether it will feature all-wheel drive or whether it will use RTK, LiDAR or a particular camera system. It is also too early to say whether the H5 Pro will become a new flagship model in the H Series or mark the beginning of an entirely new product generation.

Visit Navimow at IFA 2026

IFA 2026 will take place from 4 to 8 September at Messe Berlin. Navimow can be found in Hall 9 at stand H9-121.

The trade show opens to the public on Friday, 4 September, from 12 noon to 6 p.m. From Saturday through Tuesday, opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Trade visitors can enter the exhibition grounds from 9:30 a.m. each day. Up-to-date information is available in the IFA’s official visitor information.

In addition to the Navimow H5 Pro, the manufacturer is also promoting the X4 Series for its appearance at the show. Limited-edition giveaways have also been announced.

There is a regional connection as well: during the show, Navimow is working with the Igelhilfe Schulzendorf hedgehog rescue group from Brandenburg. According to the manufacturer, every visit to the stand will help support the organisation. The announcement does not yet explain exactly how this support will be provided.
