Aqara, a global leader in IoT, showcased a range of innovative smart home solutions at CES 2025 in Las Vegas, enabling a seamless and intuitive user experience.
New smart screens and switches
Highlights include the new screens that replace conventional light switches and enable central control of the smart home:
- Panel Hub S1 Plus USThis device features a 6.9-inch touchscreen and allows you to control up to two connected lights, as well as wirelessly manage various devices such as cameras, door locks, thermostats, and curtains. It also functions as a Zigbee hub and Matter Bridge for Aqara Zigbee devices.
- Touchscreen Dial V1 US: A compact rotary controller with a 1.32-inch touchscreen that allows precise control of lighting, thermostats and blinds.
- Touchscreen Switch S100This smart switch combines physical buttons with a 1.3-inch touchscreen and supports the Thread, Wi-Fi and Matter protocols.
In addition, the new smart switches were Light Switch H2 US and Dimmer Switch H2 US presented are products that do not require a neutral conductor and are available in various configurations.
Advanced sensors for a smarter home
Aqara expands its portfolio with new sensors:
- Presence Multi-Sensor FP300: A battery-powered sensor with five integrated sensors (PIR, mmWave, light, temperature and humidity) that enables precise presence detection and thus provides automated light control.
- Climate Sensor W100This sensor offers both Thread and Zigbee connectivity and features an integrated display for showing room temperature and humidity. Three programmable buttons allow for the control of connected smart devices, including thermostats.
New hubs for improved connectivity
Two new hubs were introduced to expand smart home connectivity:
- Hub M100: A compact hub that supports Wi-Fi, Thread and Zigbee and functions as a Thread Border Router and Matter Bridge for Aqara Zigbee devices.
- Doorbell Camera Hub G410This doorbell camera improves both the security and connectivity of the home.
With these innovations, Aqara underscores its commitment to offering intuitive and future-proof smart home solutions that simplify and enrich users' everyday lives. Some of the devices presented are US versions and will be released in the European market in an adapted EU version.
